Description+
SCurl Wave Jel Activator is a unique Jel that will activate your curls and waves without a trace of grease. SCurl Wave Jel actually eliminates the "Shrinkage Factor" that results from shampooing your curly perm. So now your curls and waves will be healthy looking, soft, and never frizzy or sticky.
Directions: For best results, apply a moderate amount of gel activator into hands and rub together. Thoroughly massage into hair and scalp then apply Luster's Pink Oil Moisturizer. Style as desired. Use daily to maintain and condition your curly hair style.
