HOW TO USE

1. Start with clean brows that have been shaped to your liking.
2. Apply clear setting wax throughout brows to lock in shape & tame stray hairs.
3. Fill in your brows with your brow powder of choice.
4. Once brows have been filled in, comb through hairs with spooley for natural finish.
