Kaleidocolors Clear Ice can be used for an extra level of lift.
Instructions: Mixing ratio is 2:1. mix 1 sachet of Kaleidocolors Tonal Powder Lightener with 2 oz of 20 volume developer. Apply where highlights are desired. For relaxed, permed, or porous hair use 10 volume developer; OFF SCALP APPLICATION ONLY. For balayage techniques 30 volume developer can be used for off scalp applications.
Timing: Process hair for 30-45 minutes depending on hair texture and porosity. Rinse, shampoo, and condition.
DO NOT USE HEAT. DO NOT OVERLAP ON PREVIOUSLY LIGHTENED HAIR.
